Certain regulations and clauses in Aerojet Rocketdyne (AR) contracts funded by the United States Government (USG) establish an obligation on AR to restrict access to information based on background screening and citizenship status. In order to fulfill AR’s obligations under those contracts, AR may provide access to information only after an individual has been successfully screened by an approved background screening process, and if the individual is a lawful permanent resident or a U.S. citizen also holding citizenship with another sovereign country, may be subject to an additional review and approval by relevant USG agencies.
