Site Visits
In-person visits require advance notification and are coordinated through Procurement. Only those individuals who are a "U.S. person" as defined under the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) will be permitted access to Aerojet Rocketdyne facilities, unless otherwise authorized by Visitor Control. This restriction applies to suppliers and their employees, subcontractors and their suppliers.
Shipping Requirements & Information
Items must be shipped to the address identified in the PO, please contact the buyer with any related questions. See the Routing Guide for shipment and carrier specifications.
Packaging Instructions:
- Items must be assigned to the same Purchase Order (PO) to be combined in a single package.
- Packing slips must be attached to the outside of each container, and must be easily removable upon arrival at destination.
- Packing slips must contain, the following information in a legible format:
- Aerojet Rocketdyne PO Number and corresponding PO line item number.
- Actual Quantity shipped and Unit of Measure defined in the PO.
- Applicable safety related information such as Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and if applicable, copies of the Competent Authority for energetic materials must accompany each package.
Aerojet Rocketdyne Logistics and Site Visits contains site-specific contacts and information about contracted common carriers that ship goods to all facilities as identified on Purchase Orders that are marked F.O.B. Origin.
